Someone, PLEASE help me come to my senses. I CANNOT buy a $210 pair of dress shoes for a wedding that I will seriously only wear, at best, 4 times. That is an insane waste of money. Right???
You're definitely talking to the wrong person here. I'd do my darndest to find other occasions to wear them at, but even knowing I'd probably fail, still buy them anyways.

yes that would be a waste of money in fact for half of that price I can go to hershey park and dutch wonderland for the entire year.
